1. Cancellation/Reservation Change Deadlines: Our cancellation policy allows free cancellation of reservations up to 7 days before check-in. If you need to cancel your reservation within this period, no additional fees will be charged and you will receive a full refund of the amount paid. However, if you cancel your reservation less than 7 days before check-in, no refund will be issued. Reservation changes are free at any time, provided that the available offer at the time of the change request allows for it. Please see point 5 for more information.

2. Cancellation Fees: No additional fees are charged in case of reservation cancellations. If you need to cancel, no cancellation fees will be charged.

3. Refund Options: In case of a reservation cancellation, the refund will be processed according to the payment method used at the time of booking. We offer two refund options: credit card refund and bank transfer. Please check with our customer service team if you have any questions.

4. No Show: In case of no show on the scheduled reservation date, no refund will be issued. Please contact us in advance if you have an unforeseen event that prevents your arrival so we can check the possibility of rescheduling the reservation.

5. Reservation Changes: Reservation changes are subject to the availability of offers at the time of the request. If availability exists, the change can be made without additional fees, with only an adjustment of daily rates if they are not similar. If the change is not possible due to lack of availability, the guest may cancel the reservation and receive a refund of the amount paid, provided it is within the free cancellation period. After this period, no refund will be issued in case of cancellation or reservation change. In case of daily rate fluctuation, if the new rates are higher than the original rates, the guest will be asked to make a new payment to cover the difference. However, if the new rate is lower than the original rate, the difference will be refunded as long as the free cancellation/change period conditions are met. We emphasize that reservation changes without additional fees are subject to the availability of offers at the time of the request. If availability exists and the rates are similar, the change can be made without any disadvantage to the customer.

6. Exceptions to the Cancellation Policy: We understand that sometimes unexpected situations may prevent the planned trip, such as illness or death. In these cases, we will make exceptions to our cancellation policy and will not apply additional fees, provided the guest can prove the situation with a medical or death certificate. Additionally, we will also consider other situations such as force majeure (Changes in government travel requirements; Declared emergencies and epidemics; Government travel restrictions; Military actions and other hostilities; Natural disasters) that occur after the reservation date and may prevent the guest from fulfilling it. Each case will be evaluated individually.
